Details of temple project “ISKCON Whitefield – A Temple for Sri Sri Radha and Krishna”

ISKCON Whitefield is being built to fulfill the cherished instructions of Srila Prabhupada. This temple will be a spiritual oasis where the Holy Name, spiritual literature, and prasadam will be distributed profusely for the benefit of all. The following are the facilities planned in this temple:

Facilities planned for distributing the Holy Name

Spacious temple hall for daily arati’s and ecstatic kirtans
Open-air amphitheatre for vibrant kirtan nights

Facilities planned for distributing Spiritual Literature

Six classrooms for teaching Bhagavad-gita and Vedic wisdom
Large facility to store and distribute transcendental books

Facilities planned for distributing Prasadam

A grand Nitya Annadana hall to serve free prasadam daily
Govinda’s Restaurant for sanctified vegetarian meals
At the heart of this temple will be the opulent altar of Sri Sri Radha and Krishna.

Facilities are also planned for Their servants (brahmacharis) and a guest house to host visitors.
